# Tokenomics & Buybacks

This section explains the full $PONX tokenomics, how the Pons launch works, and how creator rewards are distributed.

The goal is simple:

> The majority of value flows back to the community.

***

## Fair Launch — Pons

$PONX will launch via [ponsfamily.com](https://www.ponsfamily.com/launchpad) using a fully fair model.

That means:

* No presale
* No private rounds
* No early allocations
* No discounted tokens
* No insider unlocks

All circulating supply starts from the public market.

There are no hidden vesting schedules outside of what is visible on-chain through Pons mechanics.

This ensures transparent and equal entry conditions for everyone.

***

## Creator Revenue Distribution

All creator rewards generated via Pons are distributed as follows:

* 70% — Buybacks (Community Return)
* 20% — Team
* 10% — Marketing

This structure ensures that the majority of value flows back into the ecosystem.

***

## 70% Buyback Mechanism (Core of the System)

70% of all creator rewards are used for $PONX buybacks every 12 hours.

These buybacks:

* Purchase $PONX from the open market
* Are executed once per 12-hour cycle
* Directly renew and refill the next prize pool

This creates a continuous feedback loop:

Market Activity → Creator Rewards → Buybacks → Prize Pool → Player Rewards

In simple terms:

> 70% goes back to the players in $PONX.

The buybacks strengthen:

* Pool sustainability
* Reward continuity
* Market support
* Long-term ecosystem health

***

## 20% Team Allocation

20% of creator rewards are allocated to the team.

This covers:

* Development
* Infrastructure
* Security
* Ongoing updates
* Server costs

The team allocation ensures the project can operate long-term and continue building.

***

## 10% Marketing Allocation

10% is allocated for marketing:

* Community growth
* Partnerships
* Campaigns
* Influencer collaborations
* Visibility expansion

Growth fuels competition, which fuels windows, which strengthens pool dynamics.

***

## Economic Flywheel

The system creates a sustainable loop:

1. Players mine and sell → earn Points
2. Points compete for window pools
3. $PONX is distributed
4. Market activity generates creator rewards
5. 70% is used to buy back $PONX
6. Buybacks refill the prize pool
7. New cycle begins

This ensures continuous reinvestment into the ecosystem, no reliance on private token unlocks, community-first value redistribution.
